The operating system for everything Narrative Athletics does.

The Narrative Athletics App is the infrastructure that connects identity, positioning, and narrative into one coherent system to create opportunity, for athletes, organizations, and collaborators, each measured on its own terms.

Five entry points.

One operating system.

The Narrative Athletics App

The App runs on two scientific frameworks. AIR, developed by HCOS Institute, describes how attention, intention, and realization shape identity for the athlete. The Narrative Positioning Framework, developed by Narrative Athletics, applies the same discipline to how a club's identity functions externally. Together they are what the App actually measures, not opinion, not a template, a documented pattern built from real data over time.

Five entry points. Three directions.

Five entry points, one for each stakeholder, are what users actually see and use: their own view, built around what matters to them. The three directions underneath are what make that possible. Some of it, like the Portfolio Operating System, runs entirely behind the scenes and no client ever touches it directly. Laying it out here is less about what you will use and more about how the whole system holds together.

The Portfolio Operating System is where Narrative Athletics runs the App from the inside, tracking every relationship and every piece of data it generates. The Stakeholder Modules are where that value reaches the outside, the entry points through which athletes, clubs, and the people around them actually experience the App, as part of a subscription or a service they've engaged. The Documentary Layer sits apart from both, a project that will feed new data back into the system once complete, adding value to the App itself, and through it, to everyone who uses it.

Portfolio Operating System

Every relationship Narrative Athletics manages, athlete, club, or collaborator, is tracked in a structured system, alignment for athletes, identity drift for clubs, engagement and Knowledge Layer status for collaborators, so progress is documented and nothing falls through the gaps between sessions. This means the work builds on every conversation.

Documentary Layer

After the Last Time is the Narrative Athletics documentary. It follows athletes through the moment every career eventually reaches, the last time they compete, and what comes after. Athletes in the film use the Narrative Athletics App throughout production, building a documented record of their identity and alignment as the story unfolds around them. Their data runs alongside the filming, adding a layer of insight that no documentary has captured before. The combined output forms the foundation for original research on athlete identity and career transition, and the only sports documentary with an integrated guidance system built directly into its production.
