The AIR system is the instrument that creates that foundation, a structured cycle of three tools that surfaces your identity, tracks how you show up, and builds a picture of who you are beyond performance over time.

Each instrument serves a specific role. Together they build a continuous loop that deepens over time the more you use it.

01 - BEFORE

Sprint Intake

You define who you are, what makes you different, where you are in your career, and what you want to realize in this sprint. This is the foundation Narrative Athletics builds your positioning on. The more honest you are here, the sharper the work becomes.

02 - DAILY

Narrative Anchor

Each day you answer one question: did you show up as the person you said you are? It takes three minutes. Over time it builds a pattern that makes the coaching conversation with Narrative Athletics sharper and more grounded in reality.

03 - AFTER

Sprint Reflection

After a sprint, training block, or significant moment, you look back. Did your actions reflect who you said you were? What was the gap? What is the one insight you carry into the next sprint? This closes the cycle and feeds the next one.
