The operating system for everything Narrative Athletics does.

The Narrative Athletics App is not just a tool. It is an infrastructure that connects identity, positioning, representation, IP, and documentary work into one coherent system, built around the athlete. It runs on AIR, Attention, Intention, Realization, powered by the HCOS framework developed by HCOS Institute.

Not a journaling app.

An operating system.

The Narrative Athletics App, powered by AIR

The Narrative Athletics App runs on AIR, a continuous Sprint cycle built around three instruments: Sprint Intake, Narrative Anchor, and Sprint Reflection. Together they generate something no performance system produces, a documented, evolving picture of who an athlete is beyond their sport, built from their own data over time. AIR itself is powered by HCOS, the Human Consciousness Operating System, a research-based psychological framework developed by HCOS Institute.

Five directions. One system.

Most tools in sport are built around a single function, a performance tracker, a content calendar, a CRM, solving one problem in isolation and stopping there. The Narrative Athletics App is built differently. At its core is AIR, a Sprint cycle that generates identity data no other system produces, and every direction in the app is built on top of that foundation, each one making the others more powerful. Five directions, one system, built to compound over time.

THE FIVE DIRECTIONS

What the app does.

The five directions are not separate modules. They are the layers of the same system, each one strengthening the others. The deeper you go, the more the Narrative Athletics App knows, and the more valuable every piece of it becomes.

Portfolio Operating System

1

From individual instrument to the operational nerve center of Narrative Athletics. A private master dashboard for managing every athlete, club, coach, brand, and documentary subject. With signal tracking, longitudinal profiles, and automated alerts when alignment starts to drift.

Stakeholder Modules

2

Five separate entry points into the system for athletes, coaches and managers, clubs and academies, federations and leagues, and brands. Each has its own instruments, its own view of the data, and its own role. All are powered by the same underlying HCOS framework.

Documentary Layer

3

'After the last time', the Narrative Athletics documentary, is not a separate project. It is a qualitative data layer integrated into the system. Athletes in the documentary use AIR throughout production. Their alignment data becomes context for filming. The result is a research archive that doesn't exist anywhere else in sport.

Agent Functionality

4

The infrastructure for our agents’ FIBA license work. Player representation profiles, contract history, club-match analysis, negotiation briefing generation, and transfer timelines. All fed by the identity and positioning data that traditional agents don’t have access to.

IP & Ownership

5

A full IP register and ownership map per athlete: name rights, image rights, content assets, brand assets, and active contracts. An IP Readiness Scan that measures whether an athlete is strategically prepared to negotiate from a position of ownership. A Venture Tracker for athletes building beyond their sport.

Portfolio Operating System

Every client, every club, every relationship, visible in one place. Not in notebooks, not in Drive folders, not in separate spreadsheets. In a living system that tracks alignment, surfaces signals, and documents the full history of every trajectory.

  • A private operator view, not visible to clients, showing every active relationship in one place. Current phase, last AIR activity, open actions, and a signal status based on alignment data. Green means aligned. Amber means drifting. Red means action needed.

  • Automated alerts when something shifts. An athlete who has been inactive for seven days, an alignment score declining over two weeks, a club that hasn't acted on recommendations in three months. Everything surfaces before it becomes a problem, with a weekly digest delivered to email.

  • Every interaction timestamped and stored. After six months, the system produces a documented timeline per client showing how their identity map shifted over time, where pressure peaks occurred, and when the turning points happened. This is the kind of history that traditional advisory relationships never capture.

  • Each client has a structured profile containing AIR data, positioning summary, sprint history, IP register reference, active priorities, and stage history. The profile grows automatically as the client uses the system, without any manual input from the operator.

Documentary Layer

‘After the last time’ is the Narrative Athletics documentary. It follows athletes through the moment every career eventually reaches, the last time they compete, and what comes after. Athletes in the film use the Narrative Athletics App throughout production, building a documented record of their identity and alignment as the story unfolds around them. Their data runs alongside the filming, adding a layer of insight that no documentary has captured before. The combined output forms the foundation for original research on athlete identity and career transition, and the only sports documentary with an integrated guidance system built directly into its production.
